Cancellation Policy

● Reservation - Here are the payment details and booking confirmation information: - Your reservation will be confirmed once a $100 deposit is received. - You can reschedule or cancel your session up to 7 days before the appointment. If you cancel within 6 days of the session, the deposit is non-refundable. - Please feel free to contact me via Instagram DM (https://www.instagram.com/hailey.snap/) or email(almondphotography2024@gmail.com). - I’ll send you the payment details and confirm your reservation date. ● Original and Edited Photos - Original photos will be delivered within three weeks after the shoot. - You may choose your favorite images for editing. The final edits will be delivered within three weeks from the date of your selection. - Edited photos include color correction and natural retouching (skin tone, blemishes, etc.). - One round of revision is included for each selected image. - Additional edited photos can be requested for $10 per image. - All original and edited files will be stored for 30 days from the delivery date and will be deleted afterward, so please make sure to save them. - By paying a gallery subscription fee of $75 (valid for one year), long-term access to the online gallery is available. Please let me know in advance if you would like to request this option. - I aim for natural-looking edits. Please note that heavy retouching or photo manipulation (e.g., unrealistic edits or composites) is not available. ● Important Notes - In case of rain, the shoot can be rescheduled even on the day of, but cancellations are not allowed. - No additional guests are allowed except for the people being photographed. - If you are more than 30 minutes late, the session will be canceled without a refund. - For location changes, we will travel together in your car. If you're unable to drive, you're welcome to ride with me. - Travel time and outfit changes are included in your scheduled session time. - Please note that hair, makeup, and wardrobe are your responsibility to prepare in advance.
